Repeat Prescriptions

medication4If you are on regular medication you may request a repeat prescription although your doctor will review your medication regularly. These prescriptions are produced on the computer and there is a printed list of your medicines attached to the right hand side of the prescription.

To obtain repeat medication, either click on the electronic link above or tick the item/s you require on your current repeat prescription and take or post the list to the surgery. You may also fax your request for a repeat prescription. The fax number is 01277 821226.

We need at least two working days for repeat prescriptions and may need longer for dispensing patients if we have to order drugs from the supplier.

To avoid possible errors we ask that all requests for repeat medications are in writing.

Please remember that when the doctor requests to see you before authorising a further repeat prescription, this request is made for your own benefit.
